What is Counselling?
Counselling offers a safe and confidential process which enables people to explore the difficulties they face within their lives.
It also provides an opportunity to identify areas within their lives which are presenting problems and concerns that result in feelings of unhappiness, unease or inability to cope.

Debbie as a Counsellor
“I feel everyone has the ability to fulfil their own potential. I believe the support of counselling enables clients to work toward fulfilling that potential.
My knowledge and professionalism enables me to utilise essential skills to support clients through the counselling process to achieve the best possible outcomes.”

Counselling for your School
Promoting and destigmatising counselling, with a view to making it more accessible for young people in need. Preparing and presenting PSHE lessons in schools, and targeting specific areas (such as bullying, drugs, self-harm) according to the need of the school. Counselling offers the opportunity to:

  • Explore painful or confusing memories.
  • Clarify thoughts and feelings.
  • Make changes in our lives.
  • Understand ourselves better.
